Senior Product Manager

About the Role:

• As a Senior Product Manager at Vetcove, you’ll be at the heart of enhancing and scaling the platforms that power veterinary clinics and their pet parents.
• You will own high-impact product initiatives end-to-end, from defining strategy and roadmap to execution and post-launch optimization.
• You will drive cross-functional alignment, lead complex initiatives, and proactively identify opportunities to improve user experience, operational efficiency, and long-term platform scalability.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own product strategy for key areas of the platform, translating company goals and customer insights into a clear, prioritized roadmap.
• Lead Complex Initiatives: Oversee large, cross-functional projects from discovery through launch and iteration, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable impact.
• Turn Feedback & Data into Action: Synthesize qualitative feedback and quantitative data to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and inform strategic decisions.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: A four-year college degree and 5+ years of progressive product management experience, including ownership of complex product areas.
• Skills: Proven ability to define and execute product strategy, manage multi-quarter roadmaps, and lead discovery and experimentation efforts.
• Strategic Thinker: Strong track record of setting long-term product vision and making principled tradeoffs aligned with company objectives.
