Subrogation Adjuster

Role Overview:

• This position offers the opportunity to support a modern insurance organization by managing complex subrogation claims and recovery processes.
• As a Subrogation Adjuster, you will help protect policyholders and company interests through investigations and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate investigations for incoming and outgoing subrogation losses and prepare claims for recovery.
• Communicate with policyholders, carriers, and payees throughout the claims process.
• Evaluate documentation, process settlements, and identify cases for arbitration.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of insurance claims handling experience with subrogation knowledge.
• Familiarity with Arbitration Forums and ability to obtain multiple state insurance licenses.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
