Responsibilities:
- Function as primary customer liaison managing communication between implementation teams, stakeholders, and third parties.
- Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps.
- Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in IT Project Management, Support, Consulting, or Product Management.
- Proven track record leading implementation or IT operations as consultant, business analyst, or IT lead.
- Ability to work independently and in teams in dynamic environments with understanding of SaaS and GxP.
