Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to analyze data sources and establish relationships with stakeholders to align change initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate with clients and OCM representatives to review and update stakeholder information for effective change management.
  • Support development of OCM plans, KPIs, and metrics to measure success, and track progress with regular reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience in OCM, consulting, or related fields, with proven track record in large-scale change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of OCM theories like Prosci, ADKAR, and Kotter's 8-Step Model.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, with eligibility for active/interim Secret Clearance.
