Job Description

Responsible for managing and enhancing all aspects of the employee lifecycle; this includes recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits administration, performance management, and offboarding.

Serve as a strategic partner; provide insights on organizational design, process optimization, and building systems.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including managing all LOAs.
