WealthTech Platform Support & Advisor Enablement:
- Serve as a primary contact point between WealthTech platform support teams and advisory teams.
- Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate complex items.
- Provide baseline training and curate training materials like guides and FAQs.
Cross-Functional & Vendor Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with internal partners to support platform initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors to log issues and track resolutions.
- Support testing and validation of platform enhancements.
Platform Improvement & Product Support:
- Identify areas for improvement by analyzing advisor feedback and usage trends.
- Contribute to process improvements for enhanced advisor experience.
- Communicate platform updates and known issues to advisory teams.
