INFUSE is seeking a proactive Team Lead to join their Creatives Delivery Team. This role involves supervising daily team operations and ensuring efficient workflow. The Team Lead will support the team during complex campaign processing and identify process gaps, implementing improvements. Responsibilities include participating in candidate interviews, organizing onboarding for new team members, and conducting team trainings and evaluations. The role also requires managing internal documentation, setting team goals, preparing reports, and communicating with other departments to resolve issues. Candidates should have fluent English, experience in team leadership, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. The position requires analytical skills to optimize processes, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
