Enablement Partner

As a USG Enablement Partner you’ll work as part of our deployment teams, closely collaborating with Product Engineers and Deployment Strategists in the field to expand the use of Palantir. Enablement Partners are strategic and empathetic communicators who are able to manage client accounts and relationships. Our strengths include the ability to identify gaps in the product and internal operations, build effective and scalable solutions to address these gaps, and execute across a variety of responsibilities. Core Responsibilities: Own client relationships and be the end-to-end operational interface between these clients and Palantir. Drive use of the Palantir platform through on-the-ground engagement directly with users. Gather insights and painpoints to feed back to our Product Engineers and Product Development teams, and collaborate on new developments to ensure they’re meeting our clients’ needs. Lead client training sessions in order to amplify enablement across user groups.
