Responsibilities:
- Coordinate legal strategy, risk management, and due diligence for healthcare M&A transactions.
- Negotiate and draft transaction agreements including confidentiality agreements and letters of intent.
- Provide legal support and recommendations on potential business ventures and partnerships.
Qualifications:
- J.D Degree from accredited Law School and active legal practice.
- Corporate transaction and contracting experience required with healthcare experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
