Job Description
The Workforce Management team is essential to the success of Monzo's Customer Operations, responsible for ensuring optimal staffing to support customers. As a Workforce Management Analyst, you'll optimise service delivery and ensure efficient operations within your specific domain. This involves operational configuration, shift plan management, real-time performance monitoring, and trend identification. You'll work to improve schedule quality and reduce errors, proactively identifying trends, and collaborating with Operations, Product, and Risk teams. You'll also manage Verint backend configuration and set up for your domain, create shift offerings and provide insights on resources.
