Engagement Director (Sales Executive)

As our Sales Executive, also known as 'The Engagement Director', you will help achieve Mindgrub’s strategic plan goals by meeting (and exceeding) sales, revenue, and profitability metrics set forth by the CEO and Sales Leadership. You’ll focus primarily on digital solutions for businesses, including mobile apps, web apps, websites, AI, and AR/VR. You will maintain and expand Mindgrub’s relationships with existing clients and procure new clients to diversify and increase revenue and profitability. This includes understanding client-specific pricing requirements, using Mindgrub’s CRM, leading pitches and proposals, and educating clients on the breadth of Mindgrub’s marketing offerings. Collaboration with team members is essential to ensure client and project health throughout the engagement.
