Job Description
Lead and develop a team of Card Fraud Investigators, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and opportunities for growth. Hire additional team members as business needs evolve and set and track key performance metrics. Shape strategy for transaction-level fraud prevention and mitigation, balancing risk controls and customer friction. Partner with Product, Risk Strategy, and Risk Engineering to automate workflows and improve investigation tools. Oversee Mercury’s card fraud monitoring operations and leverage data to identify emerging fraud trends.
