Lead a team of Senior Card Fraud Investigators and help shape the future of card fraud prevention at Mercury. Responsibilities include leading a high-performing team dedicated to detecting, investigating, and mitigating card fraud while balancing excellent customer experience and collaborating across teams to design scalable, data-driven controls and tools to improve fraud detection capabilities.
Review transaction monitoring alert, case and SAR notes, supporting documentation, rationale, and narratives. Provide investigative feedback and quality assurance (QA) results in a clear and concise manner. Thoroughly document the results of your quality assurance reviews and ensure that feedback enhances the quality of work within the department.
The Risk Operations Analyst positions are key roles within the BSA Operations team. Risk Operations Analysts will make an impact by conducting reviews and investigations to identify and mitigate potential financial crimes, including money laundering, fraud, and other suspicious activities, preparing Unusual Activity Reports, and reporting trends to leadership. This role plays a key part in ensuring Imprint meets all regulatory requirements and maintains the integrity of its BSA/AML program.
