Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as the voice of the market in product development: ensuring roadmap decisions are informed by customer needs, competitor moves, and industry shifts.
- Collaborate with Product to prioritize roadmap based on growth opportunities and competitive differentiation.
- Own global positioning, messaging, and value propositions across all Deel products and partner offerings.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years leading product marketing or go-to-market strategy in a high-growth, multi-product environment.
- Exceptional product storyteller with strong analytical instincts.
- Known for your collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of building alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
