You will join as a founding member of Tines’ forward deployed team, embedded directly with public sector and federal customers to drive transformational AI adoption.
You own the full arc of a customer's success, from deepening adoption to discovering new opportunities for measurable business impact.
You will be the person customers trust most to make the Tines’ platform work for them in practice.

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end deployment: lead technical implementation of Tines’ platform within complex enterprise environments.
Drive adoption across the organisation by proactively supporting and training users and stakeholders at every level.
Identify and develop new use cases, continuously surface opportunities where Tines’ platform can create additional value.

Requirements:

8+ years in a technical, customer-facing role with strong Python skills and experience with LLMs and AI systems.
Proven track record of driving adoption inside enterprise environments, especially with public sector or federal customers.
Strong communication skills and high agency to operate autonomously in ambiguous situations.
