Job Description

Wing is seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Strategic Account Manager for our Strategic Partnerships team. This role will be based remotely in the United States. The ideal candidate has extensive experience nurturing and expanding relationships with top-tier global companies, developing and executing account growth strategies, negotiating commercial contracts, and ensuring the long-term success of key enterprise accounts. While the commercial priority is the US, this role may oversee accounts globally. You will oversee and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across the retail, restaurant, healthcare, real estate, and tech verticals. You will develop and execute account plans to drive expansion, retention, and increased value for Wing within existing partnerships. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for executive-level stakeholders within your assigned accounts, understanding their evolving needs and aligning Wing's solutions. Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell of Wing's services by understanding partner operations, strategic objectives, and pain points.
