Finance Assistant II

About the Role:

• You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to accounting, tax, and platform usage.
• You will work fully remotely and collaborate across teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email to provide assistance.
• Record and track all interactions until resolution, keeping customers informed.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and service quality.

Requirements:

• Completed or ongoing education in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
