Job Description
The newly formed Rider Assistant Supply team is dedicated to establishing a strong network by efficiently onboarding, supporting, and ensuring the compliance of Rider Assistants. This role will be crucial in building these essential processes for scale as we work to make Rider Assistant trips available nationally this upcoming back-to-school season. This role and new team will support the business through developing and executing national and local strategies to efficiently build Rider Assistant supply and meet client demand, achieving back-to-school and monthly targets.
The role will also leverage data-driven insights to optimize Rider Assistant onboarding and growth. The person in this role will Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful launch and a seamless Rider Assistant experience. They will also monitor and analyze Rider Assistant metrics regularly to identify improvement areas and trends.
