The Sales Commissions team is responsible to incentivize the field to close business, process commissions in an accurate and timely fashion to help GitLab achieve its goals. They aim to be viewed as a trusted business partner. Assist with worldwide commission calculations, reporting, and first-tier end user support. Configure and maintain sales commission plans in Xactly Incent and ensuring accurate commission calculation. Ensure commission plan participants are accurately credited for their transactions. Track and research compensation issues. Competency with compensation analytics tools required to support Sales and Sales Operations. Track and report on the status of plan acceptance to ensure compliance and timeliness. Support SOX compliance, documentation, and reporting. Maintain a focus on process improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency and implementing time/resource saving solutions. Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed.
