Job Description

The Sales Operations Renewals Specialist (Renewals SOS) is a valuable resource for Regional Partners and Account Executives. This role supports sales by requesting quotes from appropriate vendors and distributors, generating quotes for customers, managing Salesforce.com Opportunities, and corresponding with customers. The Renewals SOS must keep their finger on the pulse of all Renewal Opportunities that they are responsible for in their region.

Roles and Responsibilities include serving as a liaison, tracking and managing Renewals opportunities, managing Salesforce.com for accurate forecast reporting, generating quotes, and assisting Account Executives with identifying ways to increase profitability of renewals. The specialist will also attend regional forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis to ensure forecast accuracy.
