Solution Architect - SCV/Amazon Connect

The Solution Architect is responsible for overall Salesforce Service Cloud Voice + Amazon Connect solution design and implementation. You will lead business and technology analysis and provide CRM domain expertise, as well as lead client architecture initiatives from inception to completion. You will partner with the Sales team in the process of client discovery to accurately estimate the technical level of effort for scope of work sold and be responsible for combined on+offshore team project delivery success. You will also champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency and produce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions. You will own the overall execution of implementation deliverables and QA.
