Senior Technical Requirements Analyst

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to align technical requirements and support solution design and integration.
• Ensure delivered capabilities meet performance, reliability, and security expectations.
• Monitor technical dependencies, identify risks, and drive resolution of technical issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Five+ years of experience supporting complex IT solutions across infrastructure, platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of system integration, platform capabilities, and service delivery.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience supporting federal government IT programs.
• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring or observability platforms and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
