The Opportunity:

  • Sell Event Production, Creative and Planning services to new and existing corporate customers.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound leads.

Who You Are:

  • 3–5 years of sales experience within the event production or AV industry.
  • Highly organized and disciplined.
  • Able to build trust quickly over Zoom and explain AV solutions to different buyers.

Your Impact (First Year):

  • Expert in our Netsuite CRM and learn the MT services catalog within 3 Months.
  • Consistently exceed sales goals, maintain a 25% close rate within 6 Months.
  • Achieve a portfolio of $1M+ in services and accurately forecast your business within 12 Months.
