Business Analyst, Marketing Strategy & Growth

Be a critical partner in bringing analytical rigor to the marketing organization, working closely with executives and operational teams. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, Marketing Strategy, this role will focus on patient growth across acquisition to retention. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing dashboards, reporting, marketplace analysis, experiment design, growth accounting, and creating a holistic view of the patient lifecycle across various touchpoints. You will build frameworks to track the patient lifecycle from acquisition and activation to retention and discharge, develop operating and executive-facing dashboards to monitor KPIs, and analyze workflows to identify risks and opportunities. You will also conduct competitor research to understand industry comparables and benchmarks.
