Responsibilities:

  • Define the company-wide customer success strategy.
  • Develop a scalable framework for customer success.
  • Champion customer-centricity across the organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Product leadership for actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for customer-centric messaging.
  • Act as the primary executive partner for other departments.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Customer Success leaders.
  • Implement training and development programs.
  • Serve as the executive escalation point for critical customer issues.
