Responsibilities: This role supports the alignment of HR technology with business needs by partnering with the HRIS Director and stakeholders to optimize system functionality.

  • Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors like ADP Managed Services for issue resolution and enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, support data imports, and help maintain accurate data across platforms for efficient operations.
  • Contribute to HRIS-related projects, including system implementations and process improvements to support organizational growth.

Qualifications: Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or related systems-focused roles.

  • Hands-on experience with HR systems, particularly ADP platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system and data-related issues, with attention to detail for identifying inconsistencies.
  • Effective communication skills to partner across teams and translate business needs into system-related actions, with HR experience being a plus.
