Job Description

Customer Success Directors represent the primary point of contact from Coupa to customers after customer go-live. They provide three critical functions such as working with customer teams to drive customer success strategies, providing communication to customers regarding Coupa and new product capabilities, and to be a point of contact for customers. Specific goals center on customer success, customer referenceability, customer renewal and growth of annual contract value, and customer solution expansion. Key activities include participating in customer success metrics workshops, developing customer success roadmaps, managing renewals, monitoring customer performance and relationships.
