Requirements:
- License to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction or equivalent in the Republic of Ireland or the UK
- 4 years at top law firm or 3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Excellent problem solving skills, judgment, communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Requirements:
- Prior experience with, detailed knowledge of, and a passion for blockchain technology
- Ability to present complex compliance and regulatory issues in a clear and concise manner
- Experience counseling non-lawyer clients in the blockchain industry or consumer technology industry
