We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partner Success Manager with deep expertise in the construction industry. This role is responsible for the complete post-acquisition lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of partners within this vertical. You will execute our success strategy: taking partners from signature to full activation, driving adoption, and managing them to drive mutual growth. The responsibilities include Partner Onboarding & Activation, Relationship Management, and Joint Business Planning. Also, you will do partner enablement execute performance management, cross-functional collaboration, and conflict & program management.
