Job Responsibilities:

  • Influence key decision makers in commercial construction: architects, engineers, owners, and contractors.
  • Manage project lists and distribute opportunities to increase sales for GAF and its customer base.
  • Drive demand at distribution through training events, tent days, and showroom displays.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial sales experience in building materials with a HS diploma; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Specification sales experience of 5+ years is required.
  • Proficiency with Google Business Suite, Dodge Analytics, and Salesforce CRM.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual compensation range of $105,000 to $165,000, including base salary and estimated commission.
