Role Overview:
- Spearhead the North American expansion by managing and scaling the U.S. distributor network.
- Establish the brand's architectural specification strategy and build a sales organization from the ground up.
- Drive end-user demand and empower business partners for sustainable market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing distributor relationships and acquire new regional partners across decorative panel, flooring, and building product channels.
- Optimize sales processes, reporting, and performance frameworks for scalability.
- Lead the Architectural Channel Development Program and enhance brand visibility across residential and commercial projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Decorative Panels, Laminate Flooring, or Surface Systems.
- 3–5 years of managerial experience in sales or distributor management.
- Proven success in scaling a business within the U.S. market and an established industry network.
