Commercial & Licensing Agreements:
- Draft, review, and negotiate lyric publishing and licensing agreements with music publishers and rightsholders.
- Handle commercial agreements with DSPs, AI services, and other clients, plus NDAs and vendor agreements.
- Maintain and update precedent agreements and templates.
Copyright & Regulatory:
- Advise on copyright law for new product features, podcasts, and AI use cases.
- Track developments in copyright law across the UK, EU, and US, including DMCA and EU Copyright Directive.
- Support on data protection matters to ensure GDPR compliance.
