Overview:

• Lead legal operations for a cutting-edge AI advertising platform.

Key Qualifications:

• JD, LLB or equivalent with active bar membership.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a commercial or corporate attorney in AI.
• Proven expertise in complex contract negotiations and data privacy regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and manage client contracts including MSAs and Terms & Conditions.
• Oversee agreements with AI technology vendors to ensure alignment with client obligations.
• Develop and update legal documentation to keep pace with AI advancements.
