Closing Auditor

About the Role:

• Review client-level accounting and closing packages for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.

What You'll Do:

• Audit closing packages before and after cutoff, updating statuses in Litify.
• Attach signed closings, releases, and upload documents to OneDrive.
• Respond to emails, verify deposits, and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail with financial figures and legal documents.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily cutoffs.
• Familiarity with Litify or legal case management systems preferred.
