Job Description
As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the human backbone of an increasingly automated ecosystem, ensuring guests and landlords experience a seamless rental journey.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for guests and landlords, guide new landlords through our PMS platform, troubleshoot issues, track satisfaction metrics, and collaborate with other teams to refine processes. You will also spot opportunities to enhance guest experiences and strengthen long-term landlord relationships.
