Role Responsibilities:

  • Own performance for multiple campuses, including NCLEX pass rates, retention, and student outcomes.
  • Establish operating standards and accountability rhythms to diagnose underperformance and lead interventions.
  • Use data dashboards to identify risks and close performance gaps, while overseeing campus operations and compliance.

Leadership and Development:

  • Build, assess, coach, and upgrade Campus President talent to foster strong leadership teams.
  • Partner with executive leadership on enterprise priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Foster a student-first, mission-aligned campus culture through hands-on engagement and alignment.
