The Role:
- Set the technical direction for Enterprise Systems, the critical layer connecting e-commerce platforms with ERP, finance, and warehouse management systems.
- Combine hands-on engineering with systems-level thinking and organization-wide influence.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and ensure the domain remains reliable, scalable, and secure.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a technical leader owning architecture, design decisions, and technical direction.
- Lead multiple initiatives balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform health.
- Partner with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and scope work quarterly.
What You Bring:
- Deep experience designing and maintaining high-scale web applications and SaaS systems.
- Strong system design skills with ability to reason about trade-offs and long-term impact.
- 7+ years of professional software development using Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript, GraphQL & REST APIs.
