  • Source new network growth opportunities by identifying key players and generating interest in joining the network.
  • Leverage existing relationships to uncover new opportunities and maintain national prospects within strategic areas.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track the opportunity pipeline, monitor lead progression, and ensure timely follow-up.

Contract Negotiation and Management:

  • Negotiate contracts with physicians, facilities, and ancillary provider groups to secure competitive pricing.
  • Perform effective presentations and discussions with prospective providers to secure their commitment.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales teams to address network needs and ensure alignment with member demand.

Team and Culture:

  • Model a team-centered culture that rewards innovation, effort, and accountability in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and develop proactive solutions.
  • Participate in internal projects and non-client tasks to support broader company goals and maintain a positive work environment.
