Strategic Partnership and Operations:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to regional leadership, advising on people strategies to align with business growth and compliance goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for HR and operational improvements and manage regional HR metrics and reporting.
Employee Relations and Compliance:
- Serve as the regional expert on employee relations, conducting thorough investigations and ensuring fair application of company policies and employment laws.
- Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, performance management, and HR communications, while conducting compliance audits and training for field leadership.
Talent Development and Lifecycle Management:
- Partner with recruiting and management on hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, and career development programs for field teams.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including exits and leaves, and ensure accurate HRIS data and support for benefits and payroll inquiries.
