Talent, Experience, and DEI Partner

Join the team as Twilio’s next Talent, Experience, & DEI (TED) Business Partner - APJ & EMEA. This position sits within the People Team and reports to the VP of Talent Experience & DEI (TED). As the TED Partner in EMEA & APJ, you will be the primary advocate for global Talent, Experience, and DEI programs outside of the U.S. You will be responsible for localizing and implementing global TED programs to advance our talent strategy, drive local engagement, and foster a globally-inclusive culture. You’ll collaborate with key regional stakeholders to co-create and lead initiatives tailored to the cultural and organizational needs of each region. The role involves serving as the main liaison between the global TED team and regional partners, adapting and delivering global TED program enablement to fit local needs, and leading employee listening mechanisms to translate employee feedback into actionable insights. The role requires occasional travel for project or team meetings.
