Project Manager, Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and maintain property improvement plan reports by applying design sensibility and technical expertise to guide members to success.
• Effectively manage relationships and engage in collaborative problem-solving to support members throughout the design process.
• Communicate and track key project information regarding progress and milestones, coordinating with internal teams to identify compliant solutions.

Preferred Experience and Education:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing projects in Design, Architecture, or Project Management, with hospitality industry experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Architecture, or Hospitality Management with design/architectural project experience, or equivalent combination.
• NCIDQ/AIA certification preferred; PMP certification a plus.

Work Location and Travel:

• This is a remote-based position in central-US, working from home office when not traveling for work.
• May travel up to 25%; valid driver's license, serviceable automobile, and proof of insurance may be required.
