Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day design and development for new stores, remodels, and facility upgrades from planning through permitting.
- Develop and maintain design prototypes, equipment specs, and brand standards across multiple retail formats.
- Manage third-party consultants and internal teams to ensure project accuracy, timeliness, and budget compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of commercial design and development experience, preferably in retail.
- Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills; proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
Benefits:
- $140,000–$170,000 annual base salary plus discretionary bonus and long-term incentive.
