Applied AI Enablement Lead

Role Overview:

• Liminal is looking for a founding Applied AI Enablement Lead to turn secure AI access into everyday business value.
• You will build and lead the customer enablement function, serving as an AI cheerleader, educator, and trusted advisor.

Drive Adoption & Growth:

• Execute account enablement plans that move enterprise customers from rollout to broad usage, targeting weekly active usage from 20% to 70%+ within 90 days.
• Track user activation, feature adoption, and retention across assigned accounts to ensure sustained product value.
• Partner with Account Executives to identify expansion signals and support renewal discussions.

Educate & Empower Users:

• Lead workshops, lunch-and-learns, and 1:1 sessions to make generative AI practical and approachable for non-technical knowledge workers.
• Work with business teams to identify high-value use cases and guide users in building custom AI assistants.

Build & Scale the Function:

• Establish enablement playbooks, training collateral, and partner certification programs to scale adoption.
• Hire and mentor future enablement team members as customer demand grows.
