Job Description
Accountabilities:
- Define and execute IT strategy, maintaining an IT roadmap that supports scalable growth and operational efficiency.
- Manage and mentor IT staff, serving as both a strategic leader and hands-on technical contributor.
- Oversee administration of core business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, project management tools), handling complex configurations and integrations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations or systems administration.
- 3+ years of leadership experience, with the ability to remain hands-on.
- Expertise administering complex SaaS ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Google Workspace, Asana).
Skills:
- Strong technical versatility, able to switch between strategic planning and hands-on problem solving.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, translating technical concepts into business value.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor negotiations, and IT projects in a remote-first environment.
