Lead and support ongoing application and platform support activities, including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous system improvement across product development systems.
Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Provide user support across global regions and ensure compliance with IT governance standards.

Candidate Requirements:

8+ years of experience as an IT Analyst with strong exposure to product development and enterprise supply chain environments.
Strong technical expertise in SQL, Java (including Struts), JSP, HTML, and enterprise application support.
Hands-on experience with PLM/PDM systems, supply chain tools, and Power Platform tools.
