As a Dispatch Agent, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Service Operations Department. You will use your skills and expertise in communicating with customers, responding to customer calls, scheduling field technicians, coordinating maintenance, agreements, assist with billing, and other day-to-day administrative tasks.
This is a fast paced environment and we are looking for dispatch agents that have strong communication (written and verbal) and administrative skills.
The person must reside in the Continental United States and be able to work Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern Time.
