Job Summary:
- Drive EMS sales by enhancing customer satisfaction and retention in the clinical education and implementation process.
- Support deployment of new cardiac monitor/defibrillators, automated CPR devices, mechanical ventilators, or ZOLL Data Systems.
Essential Functions:
- Interface with customers for product support across pre- and post-sale stages.
- Support new competitive conversions including equipment setup, post-sale training, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with ZOLL departments to ensure the 'One-ZOLL' customer experience.
Skills Requirements:
- Paramedic level or higher with 10+ years pre-hospital field experience.
- Clinical training experience with AHA certifications (ACLS, PALS, etc.).
- Proficiency in project management and common software programs.
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years pre-hospital field experience.
