Market Development:
- Work with Regional Sales Manager to develop a regional plan aimed at increasing market share.

Education and Training:
- Educate customers on product merits and proper clinical use through presentations and demonstrations.
- Keep customers abreast of latest product and therapy developments.
- Assist in professional education activities such as PEER meetings and hospital symposia.
Customer Service:
- Serve as primary resource for clinical support, procedural coverage, and troubleshooting.
- Report and track product incidents, following company procedures.
- Prospect and develop relationships with prospective customers, converting them to Penumbra users.
