Staff Management:
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of Clinical Specialists and 1099 case coverage individuals.
- Manage day-to-day deployment to maximize efficiency and clinical outcomes.
- Conduct quarterly assessments, reviews, and field rides to coach and develop clinical acumen.
New Hire Training:
- Support development and delivery of pre- and on-site New Hire Training materials.
- Coordinate with sales to prep new hires and assign them to procedures before training.
- Perform live presentations, simulated role-plays, and hands-on training.
Case Coverage:
- Work with Sales to assign case coverage when clinical needs arise.
- Co-manage Clinical Specialist educational objectives for customers.
- Document case results and report to Sales Consultant.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with R&D and Marketing on new product launches, market acceptance, and case data follow-up.
- Participate in labs for design changes and future product enhancements.
- Deliver clinical deliverables to enhance customer outcomes and relationships.
