Your mission:
- Own client delivery end to end so that quality, margin and retention hold without the founder in the room.
- Bring your own retention marketing expertise to raise the bar.
What you'll do:
- Own delivery performance and quality across Retention and Design functions.
- Lead and develop 3-6 direct reports and 40+ indirect reports.
- Own the client relationship as the first escalation point for every account.
What we're looking for:
- Agency leadership experience: 8+ years leading a delivery or client-services function through a growth phase.
- Client presence under pressure and people leadership skills.
- Financial acumen and operational builder mindset.
